A pipe had burst, and there were several feet of water in an unfinished basement on the property. Kingsley Restoration showed up and removed the contents from the basement. All water-damaged items were taken from the basement, and floor tiles and carpeting were removed.

Water was extracted from the basement, and the entire area was cleaned. An antimicrobial solution for mold removal was also applied to the affected areas, and air scrubbers were used along with air movers and dehumidifiers. The space was dried out so that it could be prepared for new flooring and so it could be moved into again.
