The team was called to an apartment complex where an upstairs toilet overflow had led to damage in the apartment beneath it. The client was the person downstairs who now had wet ceilings and walls that needed to be dried out.

The team was able to use air movers and dehumidifiers as well as antimicrobial treatments to get the rooms back to being dry and healthy to spend time in. The team from Kingsley was also able to help interface with the renter’s insurance company related to losses of personal possessions by the flooding.
