The call came in around 2 AM because a group of kids had overflowed a bathtub and completely soaked the bathroom and the hallway outside of it. The homeowner had been able to shut off the water, but they had not been able to adequately remove the standing water in the bathroom or the hallway.

Solutions provided:

The team at Kingsley was able to arrive and clean up the remaining water and then start drying the room with air movers and fans, as well as dehumidifiers. Antimicrobial treatments were applied to the room, and the hallway and recommendations for how to proceed with repairs were offered by the team.
