Why did the customer contact us?

Call came in after 5pm on Friday evening. Customer had a broken supply line in the upstairs bathroom. Ceiling caved in while we were on the phone with the homeowner.

We were on site shortly after the call starting the water restoration process. Luckily the customer had already called her insurance company so by the time we arrived we were able to start immediately. When we left at night, drying equipment was set up and the homeowner was happy.
