Call came in at 11:32PM for a washing machine overflow in Shandon area of Columbia. Laundry room and two other rooms affected.

Solutions provided:

Water damage restoration began immediately. Water was extracted, vinyl flooring was removed from the laundry room, pad removed from underneath carpet and an anti microbial applied. Containment was set to create a drying chamber, dehumidifier and air movers setup to dry the area back to it’s dry standard. Kingsley billed State Farm directly and the customer paid nothing upfront.
