A dishwashing machine had broken in an apartment building and caused flooding throughout several floors of the building. The team showed up to assess the damage and then began work to help those who had been impacted to get their living spaces dried out and ready for claims processing. All of the impacted apartments were treated with antimicrobial treatments, and then dehumidifiers and air movers were used to get the apartments dried out. The team also assessed the total damage uniquely for each apartment to provide an accurate total for the damage to the building that could be used by the apartment building owner to submit a claim to their insurance company.
