I would like to note that kingsley services were very helpful in my situation. During hurricane helene the lower level of my home was flooded after a recent purchase. Matt showed up and personally offered his own shop vac to help contain the water coming through a leak in the foundation. Though himself and his team were handling situations in regard to assisting many others dealing with this disaster, they made time to assist me. He also took time for follow up calls as with genuine concern about my family progress in repair procedings. Just wanted to say thank you.

We recently found a water leak in our upstairs bathroom that is above our recently renovated downstairs kitchen. We contacted a Matt Hall with Kingsley and he explained thoroughly how his company' Kingsley could help us in avoiding dangerous mold in our home. His company sent out a crew supervised by a man called Jo-Jo. They set up equipment and a contamination area. In three days, the area was dry. They did a professional job and they did exactly what they said they would do. I want to thank Kingsley and their workers that did this job!

I called Matt Hall and asked him to come to my brothers house to mitigate some water damage after some water damage happened. The crew showed up after 30 minutes and took care of everything for him. Awesome work and made my life as the contractor putting everything back together so much easier. Awesome people and awesome crews.

The morning of 8 Feb 2024 I woke up to water pouring from every light fixture in my house down stairs and gallons of water all over the floor. After turning off the water I called Kingsley on my brothers advice. With in 30 mins they had a crew out to my house Angel, Yamiel, Tyler and Teddy came in and started working to dry out house and pulled parts of the floor that had been damaged due to water. Bagged it and everything. Then they build some plastic walls to help dry out the areas, set up dehumidifier and a ton of fans and most important to me was they took every bit of care not to stress out my cats any more that what had happen. Angel came by each day to check on things and answered any questions that I had, even going as far as to answer my text. Kendria and Matt helped me with talking to my home insurance b/c who would ever thing there home would be flooded like this. Note for anyone reading this when the home insurance guy offers to get you a hotel take it, take your pets and go the fans are loud and it gets hot. My house was about 98 to 110 and sounded like a C130 was taking off. So while I hope no one ever has to deal with water damage in there home. If you do call Kingsley they are fast, professional and they will help with talking to your insurance company.

First, let me thank the men, Teddy, Angel, Tyler, Yaniel, Steven, Dante and Matt, who put in the hard work to pull out the kitchen floors and cabinets due to water damage from an unexpected leak. They arrived the same day we called, explained the process and told us their primary goal was to dry and preserve the wood so that new flooring could be installed. When we had after hours questions, they returned calls promptly and even sent two men to the house on a Saturday to double check the equipment was running as expected. We spent about 12 days with assorted fans , heaters, dehumidifiers running 24/7 and the wood was preserved for new flooring. If you want fast, quality work due to water damage, these are the people to call.

While certainly not a call I ever planned to make, I'm glad I did! Kingsley responded extremely promptly to my Sunday evening call in regards to a flooded house/washing machine. The team was no nonsense and got right to work cleaning up the water. The communication between the team and myself was wonderful. Angel, Teddy, Matt, Dante, Kiandre are life savers. Thanks Again!
