Comment: You've found your guy! You can stop searching now. As a property owner living on the other side of the country, it's hard for me to find quality contractors to work with when things go wrong at my rental property in Eastover, SC. I hit the jackpot finding Mike - he has been THE BEST.
Mike was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The tenant was unable to show (without notice) for one of the days we had set, yet Mike was understanding and did not give me any grief about the inconvenience. He worked with the tenant directly and handled the situation in an expedient manner. Mike kept me in the loop via text/photos from start to finish.
Need other contractors outside of this scope? Ask Mike. He referred a flooring company to me that has been awesome.
