• Comment: When we discovered that our hot water line glue failed and was spraying water directly onto our subfloor causing a huge mess along with tons of black mold I was in panic mode. We called our home owners insurance company to file a claim and we were told to first call a plumber to fix the seal, then we were told to go ahead and call a water mitigation company. I was at a loss on who to call so I started calling around to the large chain mitigation companies and they did not think it was a serious enough problem to come out on a Saturday so I kept searching and calling around until I found a company who took our issue seriously. That’s when I found Kingsley LLC and I’m so glad that I did. Mike was at our house an hour after we called. He got started on things right away while making sure our family was safe. Mike was awesome at explaining everything that he was doing to treat the water damage and mold in a way that I was able to understand and answered all of my many questions. The water damage was pretty extensive and sub flooring ended up having to be torn out. Mike dealt with the insurance adjuster to get everything approved, making the process a seamless one. The whole under side of our house looks brand new. Mike handled everything from replacing the damaged insulation and moisture barrier to the scrubbing of the mold. Mike and his team fixed our home to better than new condition. I will be recommending him to any and everyone that needs any water, mold, and prevention work done.
