Comment: Our experience with Kingsley exceeded our expectations. We had no idea what the extent of the damage was to our home from an upstairs toilet, so when I called to get assistance I wasn’t expecting someone to come out immediately. Thankfully they did as the damage was much more than we thought it to be. Everything was ripped out quickly and all the sanitizing, drying and humidifier machines were placed that night.
Communication with EVERYONE was fantastic. They even dealt with our homeowners insurance to get everything covered. From the initial phone call to the placement of equipment, daily check-ins & removal of equipment, everyone was just wonderful. Kept us well informed from the start. Very grateful for such a wonderful crew!! Huge shout out to Angela for being there from day one for us!! We really appreciate all the hard work from this entire team.
