Fantastic! I agreed to a fair estimate presented by Angel for water mitigation two days after hurricane hit. Next morning, a crew of 8 showed up and worked non-stop 10+ hrs to cleanup my home. Fans/dehumidifiers running for 4+ days. Now for the good part, they were empathetic, careful with my belongings, they capped off waterlines from vanities/cabinets, cleaned walls/floors, they offered me water!, they didn’t curse, they spoke highly of the owner Mike Kingsley. We got a direct hit from hurricane Ian. We saw Mike working on a house down the road. We asked him to see us.they worked from sun up to sun down everyday. These guys are fantastic! Called Kingsley after finding them on Google. We needed an urgent mold and moisture inspection. I called on the weekend and they scheduled me for later in the week, but kept me on a waitlist for an earlier appt. Called me back next day for an appt the following day, to which they arrived early and worked thoroughly to find the potential source of out issues. Mike and his team were polite, friendly, caring and thorough! We are waiting on a quote for repairs and look forward to having them do our repairs.

Teddy, Bradley, Dante, Dave, and Mike were prompt, thorough, and very communicative, and Kendria is a phenomenal coordinator of the team. This is our third time using them this year (for three unrelated water issues!) and we would not use anyone else. Most recently, they were able to dry an original hardwood floor that had gotten completely soaked, so we won't have to try to find a matching replacement. I highly recommend their services!

Unfortunately we got flooded from that monster storm that hit Cape Coral 09/28. I suffered a traumatic brain injury and haven't been dealing well with this-my husband has been handling everything. He hired Kingsley Water Damage Restoration and we ended up with two fabulous gentlemen Bradley & Timmy. They not only worked constantly but also Bradley was always so kind in helping me when I would come in for our meds or the dogs food walk it back to our neighbors home who were so kind to allow the 3 of us to stay there while they had the heat/blowers running making our home 150 degrees. Mike also was willing to bill our insurance company directly avoiding us paying for their work! If you need a water restoration company ever you won't be sorry if you hire them! I have never worked with a company as kind hearted and caring as Kingsley. We bought a house that passed every inspection but somehow ended up having nasty mold growing in the kitchen behind the cabinets and several other issues. Mike was great at spotting everything and very honest, he even let me know about some of our pipes that we should have replaced to avoid future issues. They fit us in their schedule as soon as they could and got everything taken care of. 10 OUT OF 10, WOULD CALL AGAIN! Imagine our dismay when we had a water leak in our bathroom that soaked our hardwood flooring and drywall. This had been ongoing for some time and we were completely unaware of the issue due to the location in our closet that we use to store luggage and other items we rarely use. The mold had already started growing and we were freaking out! Luckily, Mike and his team were in the area and they were there within the hour. They removed all of the wet and moldy drywall, baseboards, flooring, treated the mold on the wall studs, and had the drying equipment set up and running quickly. The closet was sealed off to prevent the spread of mold throughout our home which I thought was a nice touch. Once completed, the work area was cleared of all debris and trash, the workers were professional, knowledgeable, and were more than happy to answer all of my â what ifâ questions. The equipment they left behind dried and purified the air to help speed the dry time. Their visits on the following days to measure the amount of moisture left and make sure the equipment was operating properly was quick and we hardly noticed they were there. The overall experience was like a dream, because after the flooring and drywall was repaired, itâ s like it never happened. We now keep their number on our refrigerator in the event we have another issue. Itâ s like having insurance, without the premium! I highly recommend the Kingsley team. They are truly the BEST!

There is no one more customer oriented, ethical, and professional than Michael Kramer. He responded to our call within minutes. After his inspection, he informed us that the mold was not extensive and with some advice (free) from him, we could take care of it with minimal cost. What a breath of fresh air! We own multiple investment real estate properties and he will be the only one we call if we need mold restoration services again.

Mike Kingsley and company are the BEST hands down! Mike was responsive and prompt in addressing my issues and concerns. Kingsley was able to remove all the mold and demo everything from under the house where the mold was and then dry everything to prevent any further damage from the water. Kingsley and his team were very professional and considered of all that I had going on. Mike spoke with the insurance company and followed up with all they needed as well as what I needed. Mike is the best person I met during my water leak problem. Long to short: if you are lucky to hire Mike (if his schedule is free), you will have amazing service. He works with you and your insurance. Most of well known firms try to charge double of Mike's estimate and try to take advantage of YOUR insurance. I am so happy that Mike handled my problem. You've found your guy! You can stop searching now. As a property owner living on the other side of the country, it's hard for me to find quality contractors to work with when things go wrong at my rental property in Eastover, SC. I hit the jackpot finding Mike - he has been THE BEST. Mike was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The tenant was unable to show (without notice) for one of the days we had set, yet Mike was understanding and did not give me any grief about the inconvenience. He worked with the tenant directly and handled the situation in an expedient manner. Mike kept me in the loop via text/photos from start to finish. Need other contractors outside of this scope? Kingsley LLC is an amazing company. Mike was very responsive and prompt in addressing my issues and concerns. He and his team came in moved the furniture in their way, cleaned and dried the area I was having an issue with and put the furniture back. I was very impressed with their ability to keep dirt and dust to a localized area. Mike has excellent customer service skills and had honest and fair pricing. He even checked an area for me that had a previous issue and gave me honest feedback. I will definitely keep his number close, just in case any other issues arise in the future. From the moment that Mike walked in my home, my spirit was not uneasy at all!! His calm and comforting demeanor helped me to remain calm as a female. He answered every single question I had (and I had a lot) and was very upfront with everything! He showed up exactly at the time he said he would and that meant a lot. Mike and his team were timely, thorough and professional in mitigating the water damage in my home. Time was of the essence in mitigating water from an upstairs bathtub that overflowed. When I called Kingsley LLC, Mike quickly diverted his crew to my house where they immediately set up their equipment to begin removing the affected sheet rock and cabinets and initiating the drying procedure. He clearly communicated the status of the work in progress and provided details on what materials and work was required to return the affected rooms to prime condition. When we discovered that our hot water line glue failed and was spraying water directly onto our subfloor causing a huge mess along with tons of black mold I was in panic mode. We called our home owners insurance company to file a claim and we were told to first call a plumber to fix the seal, then we were told to go ahead and call a water mitigation company. I was at a loss on who to call so I started calling around to the large chain mitigation companies and they did not think it was a serious enough problem to come out on a Saturday so I kept searching and calling around until I found a company who took our issue seriously. That’s when I found Kingsley LLC and I’m so glad that I did. Mike was at our house an hour after we called. He got started on things right away while making sure our family was safe. Mike was awesome at explaining everything that he was doing to treat the water damage and mold in a way that I was able to understand and answered all of my many questions. The water damage was pretty extensive and sub flooring ended up having to be torn out. Mike dealt with the insurance adjuster to get everything approved, making the process a seamless one. The whole under side of our house looks brand new. Mike handled everything from replacing the damaged insulation and moisture barrier to the scrubbing of the mold. Mike did a great job! We had a roof leak that resulted in mold on our bathroom ceiling. He explained the process of removal very clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. My husband and I had been smelling mold in the bathroom for awhile, but insisted on brushing it off due to the holiday rush (and possibly the mistaken belief that, if we ignored it, it would go away). I finally broke down and started researching qualified mold specialists in the area, choosing Kingsley because they had great reviews and responded in short order. Mike was able to come out and give us a free estimate much more quickly than I anticipated, and was also instrumental in helping us find a contractor to fix the problem. Mike and another member of his crew(I can’t remember his name, but he was quite nice) came by to remediate the moldtoday. Not only did they arrive on time, but they also didn’t attempt to take advantage of me, a person who knows next to nothing about mold. Their prices are extremely fair, not dirt cheap, but entirely reasonable, especially given the quality of work and overall level of service. I will not hesitate to use them again.

We had a mold issue in our crawl space after a hot water pipe leaked. Our insurance company sent out an adjuster who evaluated the situation and advised us to get estimates and choose someone to do the job. I contacted 3 companies for estimates and chose Kingsley, LLC based on the positive reviews, a fair estimate, and Michael's willingness to answer all my questions regarding the process. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner, and my crawlspace looked even better than it did prior to the leak.After the job was completed, Michael gave further advice about steps to take to minimize the possibility of a reoccurence due to other issues he observed. Mike and his team are the epitome of the consummate professionals. My family and I just went through an extensive mold Abatement process. Mike K was proactive and knowledgeable about FEMA's remediation requirements. He was always available for my questions which is important to a consumer in a disaster situation. Mike is a great guy who is both professional and courteous. He came out to my home, assessed the problems, told you what he's going to do to fix it, and he got it done as promised. He kept me updated along the way which provides great assurance. He answered many questions I had regarding the problem and was very knowledgeable. He does a good job in explaining without trying to scare you. Even after finishing the job and getting paid for it, he still responds to my texts with questions I have.
