1/13/2025 Jojo and Teddy are wonderful!! Extremely professional and personable. Any questions I had they answered very thoroughly and politely. If I ever have any questions or need anybody, they are definitely the company that I will call!!! 1/15/2025 Jojo Came back to pick up the air cleaning machines they had left here running for the last couple of days.. My house smells completely different! Then I spoke with Dante on the phone call while Jojo was here and he gave me all kinds of wonderful information to prevent future any issues and also sent me information on the type of air purifier that I can run in my house on a daily basis! He also gave me his phone number in case I have any questions! I’ve never had this kind of amazing service before.

When our dishwasher decided to break on us, leaving water seeping in between our flooring and subfloor, I ran to Google to find a restoration company. Kingsley had amazing reviews so I immediately called and spoke to Dante. He was very kind and professional and made me feel better about a not so great situation. We had Jojo and Teddy come out, and made the drive to Summerville to help take care of us. They were both great, and made me feel at ease. They even showed and explained to my son what all they were doing and how it worked. Very personable, hardworking, kind people!

JoJo and Teddy came out to my house the day I called. Took them less than 30 minutes to arrive and they had everything set up to start drying the water damage. These are some of the kindest people! JoJo did such a good job at my home. He's kind, and he explained everything to me so I was in the loop. This company offers SUPERIOR SERVICE! I had a water pipe burst behind my shower wall and from the very moment that I called they were all about helping me solve my problem. I happened to call just moments before closing and didn't get an answer but, unexpectedly, within 5 minutes of my call the lovely Kendria called me back. Shock was all I felt but from that moment on everyone I came into contact with did everything to help me. From Mrs. Jeanne and Mrs. Kendria answer my numerous phone calls and emails always setting my mind at ease. Mr. Dante and Mr. Angel inspecting everything and helping me find and resolve issues that they weren't obligated to do,like find a plumber after I had called 5 prior to calling them. This most certainly helped speed up my restoration process. Also my super heros Mr. Joseph aka (Jojo) and Mr. Teddy taking care of the demolition and cleanup while tredding those dangerously soft spots on the floors and bravely going into that dark and wet crawlspace. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they were helping me. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Teddy even went so far as to come back after my circuit breaker tripped after hours on a Friday when they had just left 15 minutes prior. Everyone made this catastrophe at my home feel like just a common simple fix. While having such great professionals like this, problems like this can't be anything other than simple. What a stressful experience water damage can be but the dream team sent by Kingsley made it a whole lot easier. Dante and Jojo were the first to arrive to evaluate my situation. I didn’t think my damage was as bad as it was and was a little leery at first but Jojo was extremely compassionate and reassuring and Dante just knows his stuff. I felt like I was in the right hands. In comes Teddy and Banks with the demo and they were very fast and very neat. All debris removed without a speck of spackle left behind. I could see how widespread the damage was and I’m glad I listened and moved forward sooner rather than later. After all is said and done I hope I never see these wonderful guys again (lol) but I send them out to water world with high recommendations. Thanks Kingsley.

We woke up with 6 in of water in our den at 1am during an horrendous storm. They were out within the hour, knowledgable and thorough, and identified the issue and had us drying out within 30 minutes of being at our home! They checked on our case first thing the next morning and kept in touch and worked with us as we had to deal with insurance who is threatening to not cover the loss. Angel and Teddy are 2 of the kindest and most helpful technicians I have worked with, Dontae the operations manager equally so. In what is a horrible situation, I’m very thankful for this company and their people!

Dante and Teddy were exemplary to work with! I had an issue with a moldy dresser in my home, and Dante offered me incredible support over the phone. Dante and Teddy then removed the dresser from my house, set up an air filter, and the room is like new after two days! I just want to shoutout for the excellent service that I received from Kingsley Water Damage Services. Dante Angel Tyler Teddy were extremely professional very knowledgeable of their job. My Tub overflow to my downstairs kitchen and guest bathroom. I was traumatized and didn’t know what to do. Water everywhere. I call Kingsley and they were very prompt gave an eta and met it. They assessed the damage and got right to work. I felt better after they start the restoration. They input fans and Humidifiers everywhere. Took the damage ceilings from kitchen and guest bathroom away in bags. Took up my master bathroom floor. They did cleanup very well. They came out everyday to monitor the drying process and put down stuff to prevent mold. I was extremely impressed with their work. I would recommend there company to anyone, you will not be disappointed and they were really do a good job for you.

The morning of 8 Feb 2024 I woke up to water pouring from every light fixture in my house down stairs and gallons of water all over the floor. After turning off the water I called Kingsley on my brothers advice. With in 30 mins they had a crew out to my house Angel, Yamiel, Tyler and Teddy came in and started working to dry out house and pulled parts of the floor that had been damaged due to water. Bagged it and everything. Then they build some plastic walls to help dry out the areas, set up dehumidifier and a ton of fans and most important to me was they took every bit of care not to stress out my cats any more that what had happen. Angel came by each day to check on things and answered any questions that I had, even going as far as to answer my text. Kendria and Matt helped me with talking to my home insurance b/c who would ever thing there home would be flooded like this. Note for anyone reading this when the home insurance guy offers to get you a hotel take it, take your pets and go the fans are loud and it gets hot. My house was about 98 to 110 and sounded like a C130 was taking off. So while I hope no one ever has to deal with water damage in there home. If you do call Kingsley they are fast, professional and they will help with talking to your insurance company.

Maybe a week before Christmas, my husband and I had a city sewer line back up into our house. Hundreds of gallons of raw sewage flooded my bathroom and crawlspace - it would have been even worse if nobody had been home to notice it, dam it in with towels, and carry it out in buckets. This is our first house and we had only moved in two weeks prior! Absolute nightmare. Kingsley Restoration was the first name to pop up when I searched for mitigation companies in the area and I am so happy that it was! They were out there maybe an hour after I called - they thoroughly cleaned and disinfected a VERY foul mess, took away what contaminated materials could be immediately removed, and set up machinery to keep everything dry and stabilized while we were away for Christmas. Since it was raw sewage, the floors, walls, and even the vapor barrier under the house had to come out and everything underneath/behind them disinfected. They removed everything but the walls; the office took care of contracting an asbestos abatement company for those. Now everything is done and ready to be replaced. At the time it felt like the end of the world, but they really did amazing work and even though everything still need repairing, it finally feels like things are on their way back to normal. As much as their experience and work is to be praised, I also want to mention the compassion and empathy I received. Everyone, from the men who came and worked on the house (Dante, Yaniel, Angel, Tyler, and Teddy) to the ladies in the office (Kendria and Jean), were all very supportive and understanding. They answered all of my (many) questions as well as they could, and I really felt *heard*. It meant a lot and really helped me stay sane. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I appreciate everything and can't thank them all enough!

Our office had an unexpected pipe burst in the evening around 8pm, and within 30 minutes or less, the Kingsley team was onsite to help with cleanup and drying. First, let me thank the men, Teddy, Angel, Tyler, Yaniel, Steven, Dante and Matt, who put in the hard work to pull out the kitchen floors and cabinets due to water damage from an unexpected leak. They arrived the same day we called, explained the process and told us their primary goal was to dry and preserve the wood so that new flooring could be installed. When we had after hours questions, they returned calls promptly and even sent two men to the house on a Saturday to double check the equipment was running as expected. We spent about 12 days with assorted fans , heaters, dehumidifiers running 24/7 and the wood was preserved for new flooring. If you want fast, quality work due to water damage, these are the people to call.

This is not your everyday group that you use everyday but when you need a professional to mitigate water damage, these people are the ones to call. Their team Dante, Angel, Tyler, Yaniel and Teddy are pros. Every one was knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, personable and obviously very well trained. They handled everything with our insurance company. Their containment system kept the mess out of the rest of the house. And they cleaned up and hauled off the damage. They worked non stop and came by often to take measurements of moisture, doc photos and let us know where we were in the process of drying out. I can't say enough good things about Kingsley, especially the crew that came out to our house. Dante, Angel, Yaniel, Teddy, Tyler, and even Kendria in the office. Everyone we dealt with was professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. We had a major sudden water leak and they had to remove about 700 sqft of hardwoods. I thought, this is going to take all week. But they had it removed and drying equipment installed in about a day and a half. Dante and Angel came back to make sure everything was drying out right and answered any question I had in person or on the phone. I would highly recommend using them for any water related issues or cleanup.

At 72 years old, I have had a lot of companies to perform services for me in many different situations. The service I got was over the top. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous are not definitive enough. They explained everything as they did the work and explained to my satisfaction. This is our third time using them this year (for three unrelated water issues!) and we would not use anyone else. Most recently, they were able to dry an original hardwood floor that had gotten completely soaked, so we won't have to try to find a matching replacement. I highly recommend their services!

I have never worked with a company as kind hearted and caring as Kingsley. We bought a house that passed every inspection but somehow ended up having nasty mold growing in the kitchen behind the cabinets and several other issues. Mike was great at spotting everything and very honest, he even let me know about some of our pipes that we should have replaced to avoid future issues. They fit us in their schedule as soon as they could and got everything taken care of. Dante, Teddy, Angel and Elleatt all worked on things for us and gave us the best care and Kendria is super sweet and caring in the office too. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Van, Teddy and Brian were amazing. Came home to a house that had been pouring water for 3 days. Called the service and they were there in an hour and 15 minutes. They had all the water removed in less than 2 hours and started the drying process on a Sunday night!! They came Monday and started demolition. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get everything up. These guys are the absolute best!! Very professional, courteous, sympathetic, punctual, and most of all VERY hard working. I couldn’t be more pleased with a company!! Highly recommend their service!!

Brian, Van and Teddy did an excellent job. They were prompt, polite and pleasant. They took care of the problem and did a very nice job cleaning up before they left.
